Join us for a workshop titled "To the Roots of Chronic Stress: Rebalance Body & Mind".
April is National Stress Awareness month. Stress usually works against our wellbeing, with chronic stress dysregulating our nervous system, quickening ageing and affecting our physical & mental health.
In this month's workshop we look at the roots of stress within the body.
The first part of the workshop will be learning about the neuroscientific base of the body-mind-connection.
In the second part, we will practice increasing our awareness and resilience through posture, pendulation, and breathing techniques. A deeper understanding of how the body works lets us regain more agency in our wellbeing.
