We curate Wellbeing Workshops in collaboration with guest practitioners, exploring different somatic and therapeutic practices to enhance and support our mental, physical and emotional health.

Are you a woman leading an organisation, building a business or creating a community in the wellbeing and social justice space? Do you wish you could connect with like-minded women? Join our free monthly virtual community calls to connect, share insights, and inspire one another.

This is inclusive of trans-women and non-binary people.

Do you struggle to prioritise your wellbeing? It can feel impossible to balance what's going on in the world with our own self care. Taking an hour out of our day to do something creative, relaxing or fun might feel impossible given the stress or despair we may feel. So come and spend an hour with us. Block it out in your diary, bring your favourite activity and gift yourself an hour of phone-free time.
