What we offer

Wellbeing Workshops
Monthly virtual workshops to support your emotional, mental and physical health. We collaborate with guest practitioners in movement, somatic therapy and mindfulness practices. Visit our 'What's On' page to sign up.

Community Circles
Join our free monthly virtual Community Circle to connect, share experiences, and support one another in the work of making change. Each circle is a space to pause, reflect, and be in community with others who understand both the joy and the weight of this work.
