That's why we're exist. We curate wellbeing workshops, host monthly community calls, design personalised self-care resources, and organise in-person meet-ups - all thoughtfully created with a trauma-informed approach to nurture your wellbeing and bring a little extra joy into your life.
Your only task? Simply show up and let us take care of the rest.

What We

Wellbeing Workshops

Would you like to come on a wellbeing walk with us? We host in-person meet ups where we walk, talk, and stop for coffee and cake. We are open to location suggestions - drop us an email with your ideas!
