Habitat for Healing

1:1 mentoring
Habitat for Healing™ is our bespoke six-week 1:1 mentoring journey designed for activists and changemakers who give so much to the world, but also need space to care for themselves.
why mentoring?
There has never been a more urgent time to reimagine how we approach activism. The challenges we face demand more than passion; they require resilience, clarity, and community.
As changemakers, we navigate burnout, balance personal growth with professional demands, and seek clarity amid complexity. While books and workshops offer insight, personalised, one-on-one support can help you move forward with intention.
In a world that demands constant action, pausing is revolutionary. Prioritising yourself isn’t a luxury - it’s a necessity. When you invest in your wellbeing, you show up stronger, more focused, and more impactful.
You deserve a space to reflect, restore, and grow. That’s what Habitat for Healing™ offers: a six-week mentoring journey to explore every aspect of your life and how it connects to your activism - helping you build a foundation for sustainable, joyful change.
Mentoring isn’t about giving you answers - it’s about asking the right questions, uncovering patterns, and guiding you toward solutions that align with your values and vision.
Together, we’ll cultivate the tools, practices, and mindset shifts that support you to not just sustain, but thrive.
Your six week journey

Week One: Grounding
This week sets the foundation for our time together by supporting you to reflect on your present environment, routines and narratives you hold about yourself and your work.

Week Two: Soul
This week focuses on tapping into what's in your heart and soul, your inner purpose and joy, helping you to connect with your "why".

Week Three: Self-Trust
This week the focus shifts to building self-trust by reflecting on your life experiences, boundaries and creating a vision board for the life you want to live.

Week Four: Mind
This week focuses on your mindset - how to cultivate a growth mindset in activism while reflecting on what's inside and outside of your sphere of control.

Week Five: Body
This week is about the physical and mental impact of activism, exploring the basics of neuroscience & trauma, and how to prioritise your self-care in a career that often requires self-sacrifice.

Week Six: Community
Our final week zooms out to consider your support network, where you can seek connection and solidarity, and the importance of collective care in activism.
