Join us for a relaxing Yoga Nidra workshop to spend an hour looking after your wellbeing.
Yoga Nidra, often referred to as "yogic sleep," is a deeply relaxing and rejuvenating practice that guides us into a state of conscious relaxation.
During our Yoga Nidra session, we will lie down in a comfortable position and be led through a systematic relaxation process, which includes body scanning, breath awareness, and visualisation techniques.
The aim is to enter a state of profound relaxation while remaining fully conscious, allowing for deep healing and integration on physical, mental, and emotional levels.
Bio
Christina Stäblein is a Women Empowerment Coach, Yin Yoga/ Yoga Nidra Teacher, trained nutritionist & wellbeing expert, and most of all, a human in the school of life. She is here to empower heart-led women to reconnect to their needs on a body mind and soul level so they can feel nourished in their life and business.
