Not just in your diary or schedule, but in your life. What feels unfinished, uncertain, or slowly becoming something new? Name it without needing to resolve it.


  1. What am I quietly hoping for?


Beneath the practicalities and the to-do lists, what is something you're genuinely longing for - big or small? Let yourself write it down without editing or explaining it away.


  1. Who am I becoming through this?


Look back at the last few months. What have you learned about yourself - about what you can handle, what you value, or what you're slowly leaving behind? What does that tell you about where you're headed?
